This past weekend the Glen Rose High School Debate Squad traveled to Murphy, TX and competed in a 6A debate tournament. Here again, the GRHS squad comes away with honors. Seth Prather and Austin Lamons won second place against Coppell and Prosper, and Prather earned The Best Speaker Award for the overall debate competition. This is a first for Glen Rose High School. All GRHS teams that entered won rounds. Competing were Caleb Hudson, Dewey Walker, Seth Granados, Seth Prather, and Austin Lamons. The squad wishes to especially thank the Administration, Board Members, and community for their support. Congratulations again to Glen Rose Debate!
